Tshepo – The JeanMaker

Tshepo the JeanMaker is an iconic and authentic South African brand, inspired by everyday people and my grandmother. My grandmother was an early influence in my career choice.

She used to praise how I dressed and called me a gentleman. That stuck with me. I had been broke and homeless, and managed to get a loan of R8000.
I created jeans called The Presidential Slimfit. I created a 100 pair of jeans
and that’s how the brand was born in 2015.
